"I cant believe I’ve already been out four weeks. It’s gone by pretty
fast! My comp also said that its going to start going by way faster once
I really get going with the language and everything.
Exchanges are two weeks from yesterday. Chances
are that I’ll probably stay in this same area. Last night we taught this one lady who is
a recent convert. Her dad was also over and is not a member. I pretty much sat in silence the whole time (Ya right! haha Sorry. I just had to add that. You know that you were thinking it, too. I can't imagine
him sitting in silence ever. N.) , but eventually he looked at me and said, "And what about you? What are your feelings about Jesus Christ?"
.... scary! So I sat up, praying that I could say something, anything in spanish to this guy, opened my mouth, and it was filled! I bore testimony of our Savior all in Spanish
and my thoughts... it was pretty cool!

We baptized again this week... her name is Keila, she’s seventeen... now we’ re hoping to baptize her mom real soon! We also were supposed to have another baptism this week on the 21st but she didn’t go to church this week and she cracked on the word of wisdom and had a cup of coffee. So now we have to push her date back to the 28th so that kind of stinks... tomorrow looks like its going to be a really good day though, if all goes well we will have two new baptismal dates and AT LEAST two new investigators – so pray that all goes well tomorrow.

I have to tell you a funny story. So every monday at three we have our district meeting, or "reunion de distrito"... and it is at this stake center in the middle of cancun. Anyways, there is this lady there who has problems in the brain, and LOVES THE ELDERS!!! lol So she always comes in to our district meetings and tries to talk to us... lol she is bonkers! She says so much weird stuff... So anyways last week we were singing our closing hymn and she barged in the door and said ELDERES!!! lol Every elder in the room just busted up laughing it was hilarious. It is really hard to have our meetings with her always coming in, but, we are patient - she is a celestial being."
