Well, he is officially in the MTC! They went to IHOP with a few friends, and then his family dropped him off at the MTC. It's SO different now with the quick procedure of dropping them off at the curb. Unload your luggage, quick hug, and off they go. I think it sounds much better than the old long tearful goodbye inside. Like... ripping a Band-Aid off quickly to not prolong the inevitable! : )
